requirements:
-------------
This character planner for Rubies of Eventide requires the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
If you don't have that, you can download it here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en

features:
---------
This program can do everything the official charbuilder can, but it has some extra features:
- You can save and load the build you are working with.
- The program suggests the best race and profession for your build.
- You can substract the mods you will use from your skill level.
- The program calculates what your modded stats will be. This can be done for every spellschool separately or all together.
- You can calculate how much chance you have to cast a spell.
- ... And many more small things that you can see when pressing the help button in the program.

usage:
------
Just enter the lvls and mods you want in the correct fields. Then press calculate to make the program start.
More info about the other features can be found by pressing the help button or F1 in the program.

WARNINGS:
---------
- I have tried to make the calculations as close as possible to those in-game, but I can not guarantee that there are no bugs in this program.
Always check your build on the 'official' charbuilder that comes with the game if you want to be sure that it is correct.
If there is a very big difference between the result my program gives and the charbuilder, I might have made a typo in the %m table.
Please check what the %m is and let me know if it is wrong.
- When you use the option to calculate initial statpoints, it might look like the program has frozen, but it is still calculating.
It just has to go through a lot of options.
Only use this option if you are sure about what you are doing.
The other parts of the program always returned a result within 15 seconds on my pc, so they also shouldn't be to slow on yours.
